I really enjoyed your photo journalling guys! Keep it up. Your photos do a good job of capturing both cultural and natural wonders. Did you notice the reforestation project on the mountain side?
Just returned from the Ely area....great time on the PIC Mens Retreat! Burntside was beautiful. (Nice hats by the way). We ate well too.

It certainly is impressive the way you've been so vigilant with your postings (is vigilant too strong for just under 2 weeks, with 4 months to go...?). The photos are great, as well as the writings.
I was curious about Blue Lake, in that it looked entirely undeveloped; do New Zealanders not share Minnesotans' passion for building on the edges of lakes?
